We Need A Nurse In Haiti! Is God Calling You?

Are you a nurse and feel like God has been calling you to do something different with your life? Have you considered traveling to Haiti and putting your skills to use caring for children in an orphanage?  We need your help.

We are looking for a nurse with one to two years experience to come to Haiti and work in our NICU and children's home.  Experience in pediatrics is not necessary.  We can teach you what you need to know to work in our children's home.

You will be responsible for vaccinations, daily checking of the children's medical needs, and working closely with our Pediatrician and Haitian staff. This position has a small stipend to help you live in Haiti but you will need to raise your own support for airfare, language lessons, Haitian resident visa, and all incidentals.  Room and kitchen provided. You are responsible for some of your own meals. For more information please contact our US office by clicking here.  You can also call and speak to Mrs. Jean Bell at 719-638-4348.

God calls us all in different ways. Is He sending you?  If God is calling you to put your skills to use at GLA, please contact Jean in our USA office for more information.

Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, "Whom shall I send? And who will go for us?" And I said, "Here I am.  Send me!"  Isaiah 6:8

I heard this calling and am wondering about a few things. I am a youngish (54) semi-retired Family Doctor/GP from Vancouver, Canada. I am wondering if I might be able to help with the children in anyway possible. I would be happy to perform whatever is required of the nurse you are looking for. Please let me know if I can be of service.
Yours Jacqueline Ryan
